TINY TOT TUMBLERS

Tiny Tot Tumblers introduces young children to the fun of movement through basic tumbling, balance, and coordination activities. This playful class helps little ones build strength, body awareness, and confidence in a supportive setting that encourages learning through fun and exploration. It’s the perfect start for developing strong motor skills and a love for active play.

LEVEL 1 TUMBLING

Level 1 Tumbling is perfect for athletes who are new to the sport or working on mastering their foundational skills. This class focuses on developing strength, coordination, and body awareness through drills and progressions for skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and round-offs. Athletes will also begin learning shaping and technique for backbend kickovers and walkovers. With a strong emphasis on fundamentals, this level builds the confidence and control needed to safely advance to higher tumbling levels.

LEVEL 2 TUMBLING

Level 2 Tumbling takes athletes beyond the basics and introduces more dynamic skills that combine strength, flexibility, and precision. Focused on back and front walkovers, back handsprings, and connected passes, this class refines technique and consistency through targeted drills and conditioning. Athletes gain a deeper understanding of power generation and form while working toward mastering clean, controlled tumbling passes. Level 2 is designed to bridge the gap between foundational movement and advanced tumbling.

LEVEL 3/ADVANCED TUMBLING

Level 3 Tumbling is designed for athletes ready to push their power, speed, and control to the next level. This class focuses on advanced skills such as round-off back handspring series, front handsprings, aerial variations, and tucks. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, body alignment, and explosive strength to ensure safe and successful progression. Athletes in this level continue to refine their performance quality while building the confidence and consistency needed for elite tumbling and higher-level cheer routines.

COMBINED LEVEL TUMBLE

Coaches tailor drills and stations so each athlete can progress at their own pace—whether mastering basics or advancing to higher-level passes.
