BACK HANDSPRING

The Back Handspring class focuses entirely on teaching athletes how to safely execute and master a proper back handspring. This fast-paced class focuses on advanced skills, including round-off back handspring series, front handsprings, aerial variations, and tucks. Emphasis is placed on explosive strength, precise body alignment, and safe progression into high-level passes.

Prerequisites: Must have a fully mastered back handspring. Evaluation required.
